Who I am
Welcome everyone, I’m Ambrogio! If you want to learn or improve your Spanish you’ve come to the right place. With my lessons, I will help you reduce the difficulties, overcome the obstacles, and learn successfully while having fun.
I will support you when it comes to find organise your time, and maintain your commitment; I will provide you with all the learning tools and material needed, and I will offer you a completely personal space to practice and improve your language skills.
I am fluent in Spanish, Italian, English and French and I also speak Czech, Portuguese, German and Latin. I am a qualified teacher of Spanish and English, I have a Master’s Degree, and a Postgraduate in translation and a BA in history. I have been a teacher for over 10 years, with students of all language and nationalities.
My lessons are conceived to offer complete logistical flexibility: you decide the day and time and if for any reason you want to reschedule or cancel you can do so at no additional cost. I am also always available to answer your questions, to clarify your doubts, during the lessons or at any other time. And I offer a positive, pleasant and inspiring learning environment during my lessons and the advantages of a fully-tailored space. Finally my personality makes me a patient, respectful and professional individual and contributes to create a worthy and fulfilling experience, that often goes beyond the purely linguistic aspect.

The learning path
Initial assessment
At this stage we will meet and get to know each other, we will discuss your reasons for wanting to learn Spanish, we will evaluate your language level and we will plan our work together. The teacher will then draw a detailed learnign plan.
Defining the goals
Following the initial assessment, we will define the course objectives, how to reach them and within which timeframe.
Choosing a focus
At this stage we will decide on the specific focus of the learning path, drawing from the inital assessment, the agreed goals and the type of Spanish you wish to learn.
Support throughout
Outside of the lesson time, the teacher will provide support with a range of tools and resources for self-practice, tips to improve the learning value between one lesson and the next and full availability to answer questions or clarify doubts.
Regular feedback
The learning process is supported by regular feedback, at the end of each lesson and according to the what agreed at the beginning of the course. We will identify the positives and the areas in need of improvement, offering directions to address key issues or adjustments to the learning plan where needed.
Results achieved!
At the end of the agreed timeframe, we will celebrate the achievements and plan the further steps towards higher levels.
The learning options
A range of options are available to offer students a good fit to their needs. Individual lessons, shared lessons, group lessons, conversation practice and more. Individual lesson
The basic option, where the student works with the teacher on a one-to-one basis and benefits from unrestrained focus and support. This lesson is especially useful for those who start learning Spanish from scratch.
Conversation lesson
For those already versed in the use of the language, wishing to practice its usage at spoken level. A slightly more informal lesson, built around a variety of topics previously agreed with the teacher.
Shared lesson
For those who prefer to learn with a fellow student. This is a lesson for 2, with students responsible for finding their own companion. Shared lessons also allow to save a nice amount of money. as well as offer a higher level of interaction between students.
Group lesson
Lessons for groups of 3 or 4 students are also available. Groups can be arranged by learners who agree to work together or by the teacher himself, when logistically possible. Advantages include a more lively way of learning, the possibility of practicing with a higher number of students and creating more complex scenarios and conversations.
Full course
This option gives you the chance to plan a certain number of lessons (25 or 50) by committing to pay in advance or installments. The main advantage is the amount of money saved (compared to individual lessons), but to remember also the stronger sense of commitment and the possibility of having a solid, well-structured learning plan.
